We are offering new and attractive 2 rooms flat with a 6m2 balcony to rent. It is situated nearby the historical town centre on Alvinczyho Street. The flat is within a newly built apartment block under the “Albelli” project. This flat is furnished for your disposition, including electronic appliances such as a washing machine, fridge, dish washer, etc. In the spacious living room, joined with the kitchen, there is a foldout bed, living room furniture, a commode, a table and chairs. In the bedroom there is double bed. Directly from the bedroom is the entrance to the 6 m2 balcony belonging directly to your flat. The balcony will also have patio furniture for your use. A modern bathroom, with a bath and a toilet, is situated in front of the entrance of the flat. The flat itself, combined with the balcony, has a size of 59m2, the interior being 53 m2 of it.
Part of the block will have a built-in supermarket "Klas". Technical university of Kosice, UPJS, AT&T, T-systems and Social insurance agency being in close reach of it too.
The proposed rent includes the energy bills. The price is €700. For an additional charge of €20-25, we can provide internet service and TV channels, and for an additional €50, a parking space in garagge and cellar. If you should need two parking spaces, we can try and secure a second one. The parking space is private and dedicated to just your car, accessible through a remote controlled barrier. You will be required to pay a deposit in addition to your first month’s rent.
The flat is suitable for up to two people. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony belonging to the flat. Pets are not allowed.
